About

“Problems cannot be solved with the same mindset that created them” – Albert Einstein

The Story

It all began in 2020, when two friends found themselves in long, reflective virtual conversations during the pandemic. The sudden change had disrupted everything and everyone, forcing a re-evaluation of how we view and navigate the world. The crisis shed new light on possibilities—inviting us to rethink how we operate, adapt, and create space for transformation.

With people at the center of change, we asked ourselves: How can individuals be empowered and enabled so that systems can sail through uncertain times? The moment called for an unconventional approach—one that embraced uncertainty and sought meaning in what was unseen, unheard, yet deeply felt. Understanding human dynamics and supporting smooth transitions became the heart of our work.

Every journey holds a story

This was when I welcomed the practice of Arts into my life—not just as a form of expression, but as a powerful interdisciplinary tool for change and transformation. The fusion of Art with humanistic philosophies laid the foundation for a unique approach to learning, development, and growth.

“A small meaningful encounter can create a big impact”
