Alive In Connection
At Alive in Connection, we believe that learning must go deeper than knowledge transfer. It must be felt, experienced, and embodied. We design experiential learning journeys that integrate leadership development, well-being, and organizational growth through our arts-informed creative methodology. Rooted in applied behavioural science and aesthetic practices, our programs invite participants to learn through experience—creating insights that lead to sustainable behavior change.
Experiential. Creative. Culture-Aligned.
Each intervention is customized to your unique organizational context, blending experiential and creative learning with reflective practice, and dialogue-based facilitation. We support first-time managers, emerging leaders, new graduate hires, and learners across age groups—creating spaces that foster curiosity, connection, and courageous reflection while building cultures that thrive.
Grow Skills. Shift Mindsets. Create Lasting Change.
At Alive in Connection, we don’t just deliver training—we create experiences that transform how people learn, lead, and relate. If you’re seeking learning that goes beyond surface engagement and truly develops human capability, your search ends here!
Women's day special program
International Women’s Day 2026 theme : Give to Gain |
This Women’s day, let’s not just celebrate!
Let’s offer an invitation to explore and re-examine the act of ‘giving’.
An experiential session that invites participants to reflect on how genuine support, collaboration, and collective growth depend on conscious giving and receptive receiving.
Giving is often celebrated as a noble act—associated with generosity, strength, and commitment. Yet in organisational and social contexts, giving can carry layered meanings: some enabling and expansive, others exhausting and invisible.

How is it different?
The session use applied theatre and arts-based facilitation to create a safe, reflective, and participatory learning space where participants collectively explore patterns of giving and receiving —where they nourish us and where they cost us.
Key Takeaways:
Participants will:
- Develop awareness of unconscious patterns of giving and receiving
- Reflect on boundaries, capacity, and reciprocity at work
- Strengthen empathy and relational intelligence across genders
- Reframe “giving” as a shared, systemic responsibility—not an individual burden
Please note:
It is open to all employees, across genders and roles, who are willing to engage with curiosity and presence.
It is not a performance or acting workshop. No prior theatre experience is required.
